Classrooms around the country are preparing for their favorite holiday visitors.....Elves around the globe will be flying to a classroom near you in just a few short days. If you are like me I always enjoy a new twist on my classroom elf year after year. This year we will be interviewing elves to see who gets to join our Kindness team!

I think we can all learn a little from this perspective. Instead of focusing on crazy elf hijinx this holiday season we will be focusing on kindness. Each day we will go through the ELF applicants and choose a kindness ELF. This child will get to have our class ELF reside at their desk for the day along with his bag of treats. Every time they spot another students demonstrating kindness to a classmate, teacher etc they will get to pass them a chocolate kiss and a kindness note.
